�Aanmajothy�, the artistic arm of Saraswathy Vidyalaya and Kalakshetra foundation, have brings in a proposal to arrange a cultural art centered programme, which will aid to eliminate socio-fiscal boundaries in studying fine arts.
The Chennai Corporation has lent its helping hand for this proposal to organize art centres in about four schools across the Chennai city.
This initiative is mainly for bringing in fine arts a part of the education for the children, stated by the Priyadarsini Govindh, director of Kalakshetra Foundation, while giving a lecture on the memorandum of understanding between the Aanmajothy and the Kalakshetra Foundation.
Also, this proposal may enhance the overall progression of the students, she added.
In addition to the academic syllabi, the spotlight of the fine arts may help in shaping the personality of the students.
As the first step, Aanmajothy and Kalakshetra, in alliance with the Chennai Corporation and the Rotary Club of East Chennai, has planned to carry out music and dance classes inside the school campus for the subsequent few months.
Positive feedbacks from both the students and the parents are looking forward by the members of this association, as it will lead them to the next levels.
