One of the major highlights of the manifesto is the promise to provide a free refrigerator to every family. The party has also assured that prohibition will be implemented in a phased manner, with liquor shops to be gradually closed across Tamil Nadu.

To address rising costs and tax burdens, the manifesto proposes a special financial assistance of ₹10,000 for every household. In addition, the existing free bus travel scheme for women will be extended to men as well.

Under the ‘Kulavilakku Scheme,’ ₹2,000 per month will be provided to women heads of families. The party also announced the ‘Amma Illam Scheme’, under which houses will be built for the homeless, including land acquisition by the government for those without housing plots.

The manifesto includes expansion of the rural employment guarantee scheme from 100 days to 150 days, and a ₹25,000 subsidy for working women under the Amma Two-Wheeler Scheme. The old-age pension will be increased to ₹2,000 per month.

In the education sector, the party has promised to waive student loans obtained from banks. Additionally, three free LPG cylinders per year will be provided to ration cardholders.

Special provisions include ₹10 lakh compensation for families of those who lose their lives during Jallikattu, and interest-free loans for minority women to support self-employment.

The manifesto also promises unemployment assistance, offering ₹2,000 per month for graduates and ₹1,000 per month for Class 12 pass candidates registered with employment exchanges.

During festivals, ₹1,000 Pongal cash assistance along with gift hampers will be provided, while free dhotis and sarees will be distributed during Diwali. Additional welfare measures include free bathing kits for rice-card holders, along with free rice, 1 kg lentils, and 1 litre cooking oil.

For farmers, procurement prices are proposed at ₹3,500 per quintal for paddy and ₹4,500 per ton for sugarcane.

Healthcare initiatives include reopening 2,000 Amma Mini Clinics. The Girl Child Protection Scheme deposit will be increased from ₹50,000 to ₹1 lakh.

The manifesto also ensures the continuation of schemes such as the Gold for Thali and Marriage Assistance Scheme, with added benefits like free silk dhotis, shirts, and sarees.

Edappadi Palalaniswami stated that the manifesto reflects the party’s commitment to welfare and development across Tamil Nadu.
