Chennai Summer Camp 2026: Robotics, AI & Science Workshops Announced at Periyar Science Centre
The Periyar Science and Technology Centre in Chennai has released the Summer Special Workshops 2026 schedule, offering an exciting learning opportunity for school students during the vacation.
Organized by the Tamil Nadu Science and Technology Centre, the program includes 8 different workshops focused on science, innovation, and emerging technologies.

May 5 & 6 – Robotics Workshop
May 7 & 8 – 3D Printing Technology
May 12 & 13 – Artificial Intelligence Training
May 14 & 15 – Robotics & Drone Workshop
May 16 – Foldscope Workshop
May 19 – Rocket Making Workshop
May 20 – Telescope Workshop
May 21 to 23 – Science Camp
Eligibility and Benefits
- Open to students from Classes 6 to 10
- Maximum 50 participants per workshop
- Additional 5 government school students allowed
- First 5 government school applicants get full fee exemption
Students attending computer-based sessions must bring a laptop with internet access.
