The DGE or Directorate of Government Examinations has issued an order now.
As per the order, all the class 10 students must upload their details on the Education Management Information System or EMIS. It is known that the class 10 public exams would take place in March-April.
Various important details that must be filled up by the class 10 students are name, date of birth, photo gender, religion, students parents/guardians name in Tamil and English, differently abled category and benefits, contact number, medium of instruction, students home address and income of the parents etc. From 6th October to 23rd October, correction would be allowed for each candidate.
As per an official from the DGE it was clear that the mark sheets would be printed based on the name list provided now. He added that the mark sheets of the class 10 and class 12 would be important because of their significance in education and jobs etc. He concluded that all details must be prepared based on the application signed by the parents.
It is learnt that students who are differently able must submit a UDID or Unique differently able Identity Card or medical certificate along with their applications.
