Guindy Government ITI Admissions 2026: Applications Open for New Technical Courses Until June 3

Government Industrial Training Institute Guindy has invited applications for admission to five newly introduced technical courses at its campus in Chennai. Eligible candidates can apply online on or before June 3, 2026.

According to the official announcement, the Guindy Government ITI has introduced new courses under Engineering, Non-Engineering, and Industry 4.0 technology sectors to enhance skill development and employment opportunities for students.

Candidates who have completed 8th or 10th standard are eligible to apply for these ITI courses. The maximum age limit for male applicants is 40 years, while there is no upper age limit for female candidates.

Students selected for the training programs will receive free education without any tuition fees. In addition, eligible students will receive a monthly stipend of Rs.750, along with financial assistance under Tamil Pudhalvan and Pudhumai Penn schemes, providing Rs.1,000 per month.

The institute will also provide free uniforms, textbooks, bicycles, and footwear to students. During the course period, industrial training will be offered through hands-on practical exposure in factories and industries.

Officials stated that employment assistance and job opportunities will be arranged for trainees after successful completion of the courses.

Interested candidates can apply through the official Tamil Nadu Skill Training portal before June 3.
