TNEA 2026 Rank List to Be Released on July 29 as Scheduled, Confirms DoTE

The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE) has confirmed that the TNEA 2026 rank list will be released on July 29 as planned, despite concerns over pending CBSE Class 12 revaluation results.

Officials said that around 87% of CBSE revaluation results have already been published, while the remaining results are expected soon. Therefore, there will be no delay in preparing the rank list for the 2.42 lakh students who have applied for Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions this year.

Students can check their ranks on the official TNEA portal once the rank list is released. The rankings will be used for counselling and seat allotment for BE and BTech courses across engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu.
