� B Arch graduates with 10 years� experience on exterior lay-outs for buildings
� Electrical, Mechanical, & Civil engineers with 10 years� experience with electrical maintenance of low-voltage systems, fire-fighting activities, (for electrical), experience in air-conditioning erection in buildings (for mechanical), and Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with 5 years� experience in Auto CAD.
