NEET UG 2026 Admit Card Released; 22 Lakh Candidates to Appear on May 3
The National Testing Agency has released the NEET UG 2026 admit cards, with over 22 lakh candidates set to appear for the national-level medical entrance exam on May 3, 2026.
Candidates can download their admit cards from the official website by logging in with their application number and password. The agency has advised students to download the hall ticket early and verify all details to avoid last-minute issues.
The NEET UG 2026 exam will be conducted in a single shift from 2 PM to 5 PM in pen-and-paper mode (OMR-based). The test will be held across 552 cities in India and 14 international centres, highlighting its large scale. The question paper will include 180 compulsory questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany and Zoology).
Candidates must carefully check details such as name, roll number, exam centre, and reporting time on the admit card. Entry to the examination hall will be allowed only with a valid admit card. In case of any discrepancies, students should immediately contact the NTA through its helpline or email support.
NEET UG remains the single entrance exam for undergraduate medical courses like MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, and BSc Nursing across India. With lakhs of aspirants competing for limited seats, it continues to be one of the most competitive exams in the country.
