We are not here for us, I am not here for me - A Morning Thought
The moment we shift this thought, everything changes.
An organisation is not built by people who think, “What do I get?”
It is built by people who ask, “What can I give?”
A business does not grow because of strategy alone.
It grows because of people who take responsibility beyond themselves.
When a team member works only for salary, work becomes routine.
When they work for the organisation, work becomes meaningful.
When they work for a purpose, work becomes powerful.
Family stands strong not because everyone is perfect,
but because someone always chooses to think beyond self.
Society grows when individuals stop asking,
“Who will do it?” and start saying, “I will do it.”
We are not here just to earn.
We are here to create.
To build people.
To build systems.
To build trust.
If each one of us decides:
- I will grow my organisation
- I will support my team
- I will strengthen my family
- I will contribute to society
Then growth is not an event…
It becomes a natural outcome.
Leadership begins the day you stop living only for yourself.
We are not here for us.
