The price of ornament gold in Chennai witnessed a significant rise on Saturday, with gold prices increasing by ₹400 per sovereign.
After climbing sharply by ₹3,120 per sovereign over the last four days, gold prices had eased slightly on Friday, offering temporary relief to buyers. However, prices resumed their upward trend today.
