Tamil Nadu Government Transfers Several IAS Officers

The Tamil Nadu government has issued orders transferring several IAS officers and assigning them to new posts.

Ponmani IAS, who was serving as Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes in Erode, has been appointed as Additional Commissioner of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department for the Tiruchirappalli region.

Jeyaseelan, who was serving as Joint Commissioner of the Greater Chennai Corporation, has been appointed as the Commissioner of Tourism.

In another key reshuffle, Akash IAS, who was serving as the Madurai District Collector, has been transferred and appointed as the Collector of Sivaganga district.

Meanwhile, Nishanth Krishna, who was serving as the Sivaganga District Collector, has been appointed as the Collector of Madurai district.
