For the upcoming Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly Elections, voters are informed that mobile phones are strictly not allowed inside polling stations. This rule is in place to ensure a fair and secure voting process.
However, there’s no need to worry. A mobile deposit facility will be available at polling stations for your convenience. Voters can switch off their phones and deposit them safely at the designated counter before entering the booth. A token will be provided, which can be used later to collect the device after voting.
