TANUVAS Extends UG Admission Application Deadline to June 23 for Veterinary and B.Tech Courses

The Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (TANUVAS) has extended the last date for submitting applications to its undergraduate programmes until June 23, giving aspiring students additional time to apply.

The online application process, which began on May 25, was originally scheduled to close on June 17. Candidates can submit their applications through the TANUVAS admission portal.

According to university officials, TANUVAS has received 10,678 applications for the BVSc & Animal Husbandry (BVSc-AH) programme and 5,356 applications for various B.Tech courses.

The university offers a total of 660 undergraduate seats across its constituent colleges. This includes 40 seats each for B.Tech programmes in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, and Poultry Science.

Admissions to BVSc-AH and B.Tech courses will be based on candidates` Class 12 marks. Students interested in veterinary and animal sciences courses are advised to complete their applications before the June 23 deadline.
