With monsoon low moving inland from Bay of Bengal, its going to further strengthen the westerlies in Arabian side. Sholayar Dam is full and has a storage of 5.39 tmc of water against storage of 5.81 tmc.

The axis of monsoon trough is currently passing through Anupgarh, Sikar, Gwalior, Sidhi, Ambikapur, Chaibasa, Balasore and towards Northwest Bay of Bengal.
