TRANSPORTERS STOPPES BOOKING OF LONG DISTANCE CARGO
Consequent to the announcement of proposed indefinite truckers strike called by All India Motor Congress from Sunday midnight; transporters in Chennai have stopped booking of cargo meant for destinations beyond 1500 Kms from Chennai. The strike call is in demand of reduction of toll gate charges.
