Counselling for LLB (Honours) course on 7th September
It has been announced that the counselling for joining the 3-year LL B (Honours) course in Law for the academic year 2015-16 is scheduled on 7th September. It is informed that the letters to attend the counselling session has been sent to all eligible students by post.

Shooting of Sila Nerangalil nearing completion

Enji Iddupazhagi release to be postponed
Arya and Anushka are donning lead roles in the film titled Enji Iddupazhagi. The film was supposed to be released on 2nd October. Since Vijay starrer Puli is being released on 1st October it has been decided to release the film after two weeks.

Pass at discount rates for commuters introduced by Chennai Metro Rail
Season tickets at discount rates have been introduced by Chennai Metro rail. In order to lure commuters who make point to point travel regularly, a 20% discount on the smart card has been offered.
