Mahindra Bolero Bold Edition Launched in India: Design Changes, Features and Price

Mahindra has introduced the Bolero Bold Edition in India, giving its popular SUV a fresh look with bronze-themed styling elements. The new edition focuses on cosmetic updates, with no mechanical changes to the vehicle.

Mahindra Bolero Bold Edition: Exterior Changes

The Bolero Bold Edition features bronze accents on the front bumper, grille and fog lamp surrounds. The same finish extends to the alloy wheels, outside rear-view mirror (ORVM) caps and roof rails. Additional cladding along the doors further distinguishes this edition from the standard model.

Viewed from the side, the bronze-finished alloy wheels and extra body cladding are among the most noticeable design changes.

Interior Features

The cabin features black leatherette seats with bronze accents, complementing the SUV`s exterior styling. One of the key functional additions is a rear-view camera, which helps drivers when reversing and parking.

Accessories Package

According to Mahindra, the Bold Edition is created through a dedicated accessories package. Therefore, the added components are offered as accessories rather than as a separate factory-fitted trim level.

Mahindra also offered a Bolero Bold Edition last year.

Mahindra Bolero Price in India

The standard Mahindra Bolero is available in four variants: B4, B6, B6(O) and B8. Their ex-showroom prices range from ₹8.57 lakh to ₹9.99 lakh.

Engine and Performance

The Mahindra Bolero Bold Edition retains the same powertrain as the standard model. It is powered by a 1.5-litre, three-cylinder diesel engine that produces 75 bhp and 210 Nm of torque.

The engine is paired exclusively with a five-speed manual gearbox. No mechanical upgrades have been introduced as part of the Bold Edition.

Conclusion

The Mahindra Bolero Bold Edition offers cosmetic enhancements, including bronze exterior accents, additional body cladding and a refreshed cabin. With the addition of a rear-view camera, it also gains a practical feature while retaining the existing engine and transmission setup.
