The National Housing Bank’s (NHB) residential housing index, Residex has stated that for the first time in the last eight quarters, residential prices in Chennai have actually registered a slight decline in the April to June quarter.
Chennai has registered a 2.26 per cent dip in its property prices compared to last quarter with areas such as the T. Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Saligramam, Kodambakkam, Adyar, Guindy, Velachery, it`s registering a comparative fall in housing prices compared to the previous quarter.
