Right time to buy houses in Chennai

Many who have been dreaming of buying houses for a very long time can fulfil their dreams now. The National Housing Bank�s (NHB) residential housing index, Residex has stated that for the first time in the last eight quarters, residential prices in Chennai have actually registered a slight decline in the April to June quarter.
Chennai has registered a 2.26 per cent dip in its property prices compared to last quarter with areas such as the T. Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Saligramam, Koda�m�bakkam, Adyar, Guindy, Velachery, it`s registering a comparative fall in housing prices compared to the previous quarter.
