Public can include and correct names in voters list from October 1st

The Tamilnadu election committee had informed that from October 1st to 31st people can include and correct names in voters list. The chief election officer Mr. Praveen Kumar has confirmed this. Those who have completed 18 as on 1.1.2014 can apply for voter’s id. Special camps have been set up in schools and other areas where public can come and include their names. Coming January 2014, the voters list will be released. You can know the list of centers by visiting the site www.elections.tn.gov.in
