WhatsApp number for complaints regarding cooperative banks

In Tamil Nadu, cooperative banks and Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Societies provide various financial services, including crop loans and gold loans. Cooperative warehouses and societies also operate ration shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and other public service outlets.

To help farmers, customers and department employees submit their complaints, grievances and requests regarding these services, the Cooperative Department has introduced a dedicated WhatsApp number.

People can send their complaints and requests through WhatsApp to 98840 00845.

The Cooperative Department has also instructed that this WhatsApp number should be displayed at all offices and service centres, including ration shops, so that people can easily access the grievance facility.
