Outgoing Judge says no to farewell
Known for not adhering to rituals and formalities, the outgoing Chief Justice of the Madras High Court K. Chandru requested his successor to do away with his farewell. Tradition has it that the outgoing Justice is given a farewell followed by a dinner and a photograph session.
Mr. Chandru retires on March 8th.
