Inappropriate safety measures for fireworks storage and transport

Rains possible in Tamil Nadu due to upper air cyclonic circulation
An upper air cyclonic circulation which persist over the Bay of Bengal may bring rains in Tamil Nadu. This was confirmed by Meteorological Department. Upper air cyclonic circulation is persisting over South western Bay of Bengal.
