MTC Bus Smashed A Student
A 19-year-old Mathiyalagan (19), a 1st year BSc student of Pachaiyappa�s College.was killed by an MTC bus, which smashed him on to the compound wall of the Puzhal police station, here on Thursday afternoon.

Child Welfare Committee (CWC) says that child beggary is prevalent in the city because of kind-hearted Chennaiites. Recently CWC received two kids, aged four and five, who were brought from AP by their mother for begging as she had learnt that begging was flourishing in Chennai.
