Post Offices increase services

Inauguration of Chennai New Airport
Plans are on to officially open Chennai�s Meenambakkam International Airport (currently Anna International). Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Selvi J. Jayalalitha, had proposed to name the airport after the late Dr. MGR.

Chennai Metro Rail Update
The first high-level bridge over the Metro Rail will be from Koyambedu to Pallikaranai. Signal and control room work in connection with this has started. The bridge is scheduled to be ready in 5 months.
