Never do these as they might increase the pimples, acne on the face

We would have seen many around us who give huge importance to their face and look. These persons have the habit of washing their face many times in a day plus trying various creams on their face etc. Even after all these, acne and pimples appear on the face to give bad look. It is normal that a person get frustrated when acne and pimples break out even after taking care of the face.
There are few habits that could worsen the acne in us and these are
Over scrubbing the face:
It must be noted that over use of cleaning brush is one common mistake done by many of us. The important piece of information is daily use of cleaning brush might make skin worse due to the fact that excess exfoliation could lead to inflammation and swelling of clogged pores. The point here is limiting exfoliation to twice per week would be good.
Using wrong products on skin and face:
People use many products on their face and skin without consulting a dermatologist. The truth is we might be using wrong product for our skin type as different persons have different skin type. By frequently using certain products to wash the face, we might be over drying the face or skin. The skin would react by producing more oil that feeds acne.
Popping pimples:
One mistake many do is popping the pimples present on the face. To get rid of the face acne and pimples very fast, we poke, prod, push and scratch etc trying to get it break through the surface. The fact is people do not realise that by doing all these they are only making the issue worse. By these, the hands are unintentionally spreading bacteria across the face.
By constantly touching the face:
This is also one common mistake many of us do every day. It must be noted that the fingers secrete oil naturally and when these fingers touch the face then oiliness on face gets increased and could result in clogged pores. Sometimes, make up brushes and applicators also result in acne breakouts.
