Chennai Corporation begins works on Alandur subway

The Chennai city corporation has started work on a pedestrian subway connecting Mastan Gori Street in Adambakkam and Ponni Amman Koil Street in Alandur at an estimated 5.5 crore. The subway is expected to benefit hundreds of children studying in more than six schools located in the area.
