Madras before and after – the treat at Art Chennai fest

Desikan Krishnan, the photographer, has compiled all the Chennai city’s pictures and documented them all. He narrates the details of how he visited the madras high court and about getting the permission for the aerial shot. A collection of black and white photographs of the city, titled, “Madras before and after” that belongs to 1880s was inaugurated at the Art Chennai festival on Wednesday.
