Madras before and after � the treat at Art Chennai fest

Desikan Krishnan, the photographer, has compiled all the Chennai city�s pictures and documented them all. He narrates the details of how he visited the madras high court and about getting the permission for the aerial shot. A collection of black and white photographs of the city, titled, �Madras before and after� that belongs to 1880s was inaugurated at the Art Chennai festival on Wednesday.
