HDFC makes banking options much easier

It was the internet that emerged first, and then came the mobile option. Now, it’s much easier with the missed call banking! Yes, now cheque books can be ordered just with a missed call. India’s second largest private sector lender, the HDFC bank has introduced its new facility of missed call banking that eases all banking procedures. The new method is many steps ahead of ATMs, internet and mobile banking.
Speaking to the senior executive vice-president of HDFC bank, Nitin Chugh, he explained the beneficial factor of missed call banking saying, customers who do not have high-end mobile phones (without internet access) can also experience the easier way of banking with this missed call system.
