Chennai IIT has renowned a new plan for the free flow of Direct current. As the beginning, this plan was first introduced at Maduranthagam in TamilNadu. Because of which 250 houses will get benefited. This innovative plan was framed by the group of associates leaded by the two chief personalities includes: Chennai IIT Electrical Engineering Department professor Ashok JhunJhunwala and Chennai IIT Director Baskar Ramamurthy.
People are receiving the AC (Alternative Current) from the
Electricity board. From this new innovation, people will get DC (Direct
Current) at the minimum level of functioning electric lights, electric fans and
also people can charge their mobile phones. During the high demand of electric
power, this plan will aid in issuing the free direct current.
For the first phase of work in TamilNadu, this pioneering plan
will get introduced to Maduranthagam area. This direct current will get append
to the grid of the TamilNadu Electricity Board, via which it will be supplied
for around 250 houses.
