SBI chairperson opens about the bank’s loss

India’s largest bank, State bank of India stated that it is facing huge losses due to ATM transactions. The bank has also put forward its opinion that a commercially viable method is needed for expanding the ATM network. While speaking in an interview, the chairperson of SBI, Arundhati Bhattacharya stated that she cannot bear loses every month. She also added that her bank cannot subsidize ATMs all through.
