CMDA proposes to resume sales of Low-priced plots at Chennai

CMDA (Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority) announced its project to sell low-priced plots last month.
As the plots offered
by CMDA are full of facilities and of good quality, they are hugely popular and
there is a heavy rush of people to buy. 77,000 applications have been received
so far.
On the last day for
receiving the applications, there was a huge crowd of over 35,000 persons
submitting their applications at the Egmore Office bringing the area to a
standstill.
