CM Jayalalitha inaugurated new buildings in Stanley Medical Hospital

Tamilnadu has been the number one state in providing medical facilities for the poor and needy. Service to poor and needy, high tech infrastructure and latest equipment are highlights of Tamilnadu government.
As a part of this service, Chief minister Dr. J. Jayalalitha opened new buildings worth of 48 crores and 33 lakhs for modern operation theaters for surgery, emergency service, bone fracture, heart, kidney, neurology, nurses quarters and other sections.
Apart from this, around 341 primary health centers having a 30 bed capacity in all parts of Tamilnadu has been opened and successfully operated so far. Overall, the total expenditure for the medical infrastructure and other facilities has been Rs. 116 crores and 97 lakhs
