Canara Bank hiked base rate

Canara Bank on Monday hiked the base rate or the minimum lending rate by 0.25 percentage point to 10.20 per cent even as the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) kept its policy rates unchanged in its mid-quarter review earlier this month.
The bank has also aligned its benchmark prime lending rate to 14.45 per cent from 14.20 per cent, it said in a filing to the BSE.
