India to overtake Japanese economy in 2028

According to CEBR, the London based economy consultancy, next to China and US, India is expected to become the 3rd largest economy in the world by the year 2028. CEBR announced the world economic league table report for the current year 2013 which is a calculation made annually. If such a scenario takes place, India would have overtaken Japan, the report added.
In this report, the GDP of 30 major economies of the world will be considered. With this, a forecast will be made about the economy of these countries over 5, 10 or 15 years down the line.
