Anirudh to get Youth Icon award at Chennai Film Festival

Young and promising music director Anirudh Ravichander has been chosen as the `Best Youth Icon` and would be felicitated at the 11th edition of the Chennai International Film Festival to be held in Chennai from 12-19 December.
Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan and Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan would be jointly inaugurating the Film Festival, an annual edition now, on the morning of 12th December. As many as 150 films from more than 50 participating countries are to be screened at the 8-day long Festival.
Actors, actress, technicians, music directors and filmmakers from Kollywood and other language industries in India besides from foreign countries are expected to take part in the Festival, making it a grand affair. The Festival would also have an exclusive `best Tamil film` category.
