Kochadaiyaan to hit the screens on 10th January

Kochadaiyaan is a film which has super star Rajnikanth and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles. This film which has been directed by Soundarya has the music of A R Rahman. The audio CD of this film is to be released on 12th December being the birthday of super star. The film will be hitting the screens on 10th January.
The filmmakers have said already that its prolonged state of being ‘in production’ is because of the latest techniques such as ‘performance capture’ being employed for the film.
Veteran actor Nagesh, who died in 2009, will make a screen appearance as a ‘synthespian’ brought back to life using computer animation techniques.
The film’s music has been scored by Oscar winner A.R. Rahman and the single ‘Enge Pogudho Vaanam,’ sung by veteran playback singer S.P. Balasubramanian with national award winner Vairamuthu’s lyrics, has already been a big hit on FM radio stations and sales charts.
