Amrit Bharat Express Launched via Tiruppur from Today
As part of efforts to modernise and improve railway services across India, the Amrit Bharat train service has been introduced on a new route passing through Tiruppur from today (Friday).
The weekly Amrit Bharat Express will operate between Hyderabad and Thiruvananthapuram North, travelling via Salem, Erode, and Tiruppur. This new service aims to provide improved connectivity between Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.
Train Schedule Highlights
- Train No. 06308 – Thiruvananthapuram North to Charlapalli (Hyderabad)
- Flag-off from Thiruvananthapuram North at 10:45 AM
- Arrival at Charlapalli the next day at 4:30 PM
- Tiruppur arrival: 8:25 PM
- Tiruppur departure: 8:30 PM
Railway officials stated that the introduction of this Amrit Bharat service will benefit passengers by offering better long-distance travel options and enhanced regional connectivity.
