Thiruvarur - Karaikal Passenger Train Cancelled for 4 Days Due to Maintenance Work

The Indian Railways has announced the cancellation of the Thiruvarur–Karaikal passenger train for four days due to track maintenance works on the route.
According to railway officials, the passenger train services between Thiruvarur and Karaikal will remain cancelled on the following dates:
- January 9
- January 11
- January 14
- January 20
The temporary cancellation is aimed at facilitating essential maintenance and safety-related works along the railway section. Passengers planning to travel on these dates are advised to make alternative travel arrangements and check official railway updates before commencing their journey.
Railway authorities have stated that normal services will resume after the completion of the scheduled maintenance works.
