CMWSSB to Hold Grievance Redressal Meetings Across All 15 Zones on Saturday

The Chennai Metro Water Board (CMWSSB) will hold grievance redressal meetings in all 15 city zones this Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM. The meetings, chaired by the respective Superintending Engineers, will take place at each zone’s area office.
Residents can raise issues related to drinking water supply, sewage, and rainwater collection, and also submit requests for new water or sewage connections, as well as petitions on water tax and fee-related concerns. The board has urged the public to participate and get their queries addressed.
