TN TRB Announces PG Assistant Exam Results and Certificate Verification List for 1,996 Vacancies
The Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TN TRB) on Thursday released the PG Assistant exam results, final answer key, and the certificate verification (CV) list for the recruitment of 1,996 teaching and instructor posts in government higher secondary schools across the state.
The recruitment notification for PG Assistant, Physical Education Director Grade-I, and Computer Instructor Grade-I posts was originally issued on July 10. A total of 2,36,530 candidates applied online for vacancies under 14 subjects, including Tamil, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Commerce, Economics, History, Geography, Political Science, Computer Science and Physical Education.
The written examination was conducted statewide on October 12 across 809 exam centres.

- Subject-wise certificate verification shortlist (prepared in a 1:1.25 ratio based on marks and reservation norms)

Certificate Verification Details
Candidates who have been shortlisted can download the following from the TRB website:

- Instructions for CV
- Identity Certificate Format
- Required document formats
The board clarified that call letters will not be sent through any other mode. The CV date and venue are mentioned in the call letter. Candidates who fail to appear on the scheduled date will not be considered for the next stage, regardless of their exam scores.
TN TRB has also stated that any grievances related to the CV list must be emailed only to:

within three days from the date of publication. Requests sent through any other channel will not be taken up.
