YesPanchi Group Conducts Its First Board Meeting at IITM Research Park
YesPanchi Group proudly announced the successful completion of its inaugural Board Meeting held on October 30 and 31 at the prestigious IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai. This milestone meeting marks a significant step in the company’s journey as it accelerates its mission to build transformative technology solutions and drive innovation across industries.
The two-day strategic session brought together members of the founding leadership, advisors, and board representatives to outline YesPanchi’s growth roadmap, focusing on AI-driven innovation, cybersecurity solutions, and enterprise transformation services. The Board reviewed current operations, strategic partnerships, project pipelines, and innovation initiatives aligned with the company`s vision to become a leader in digital advancement.

This moment underscores our long-term vision to contribute to India`s technology leadership and build globally scalable solutions,” said Mr Eka Pillai from the YesPanchi leadership team.
The meeting also included discussions on expanding AI capabilities, strengthening R&D collaborations, and scaling support for MSMEs, enterprises, and government technology initiatives. YesPanchi’s center of innovation aims to bridge the gap between technology adoption and business transformation, with special focus on advanced AI, Cybersecurity, Cyber Forensics and Digital Centre of Excellence for Academia.
The event concluded with a strategic blueprint for FY2026, emphasizing product innovation, talent growth, and partnership expansion.
