The latest water storage details of the reservoirs supplying drinking water to Chennai have been released.
As per the report, the total storage capacity is 13.72 TMC, and the current water level stands at 10.27 TMC.

1. Poondi – Capacity: 3.23 TMC | Current Storage: 2.60 TMC (Last Year: 0.45 TMC)
2. Cholavaram – Capacity: 1.08 TMC | Current Storage: 0.71 TMC (Last Year: 0.72 TMC)
3. Red Hills – Capacity: 3.30 TMC | Current Storage: 2.16 TMC (Last Year: 2.49 TMC)
4. Chembarambakkam – Capacity: 3.65 TMC | Current Storage: 2.59 TMC (Last Year: 1.47 TMC)
5. Veeranam – Capacity: 1.46 TMC | Current Storage: 0.21 TMC (Last Year: 1.12 TMC)
