With profound grief, it is announced that Dr. Ramanathan Jayaraman, the Founder and Managing Trustee of Vasantha Memorial Cancer Centre, Chennai, passed away today at 11 AM.
He was admired for his dedication to cancer care and for establishing the centre that has supported and guided countless patients and families. His passing marks a huge loss not only to his family but also to the medical community and society at large.
The cremation is scheduled for tomorrow morning at 8:30 AM. Family, friends, colleagues, and well-wishers are expected to gather to pay their last respects.
