Job: Sales Executive - Lifts / Elevators/AMC Sales
Location: Chennai and Bangalore
Experience: 0 - 5 Years
Industry: Elevator/Lift, Genset, Interiors, Building Automation, STP
Salary Range: 3.0 to 6.5 LPA (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet property developers, builders, architects across Chennai/Bangalore
- Generate leads for elevator installations and AMC contracts
- Visit construction sites and present product solutions·
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
Preferred Qualifications:
Engineering/Diploma background preferred or Any Graduate with Sales Aptitude.
- Good spoken Tamil and English / Kannada and English
- Chennai-based or Bangalore-based or willing to relocate.
- Field sales and goal oriented mind set.
