Ungaludan Stalin Scheme - 5.88 lakhs petitions filed requesting for Kalaignarin women rights fund!!
About 12lakh 55 thousand applications have been received for Ungaludan Stalin camps across TN. It is worth noting that 5lakh 88thousand petitions have been filed requesting Kalaignar`s Women Right Fund.
On 15TH July, TN chief minister grabbed many eyeballs when he launched a new scheme titled Ungaludan Stalin at Chidambaram in Cuddalore district. This scheme would provide government services at the homes of people.
Information gathered is that under this Ungaludan Stalin scheme as many as43 services of 13 government departments are being provided in the camps in urban areas and 46 services of 15 government departments in rural areas It is now said that the applications received in the camps would be resolved immediately in those categories that can be resolved quickly. In other categories, resolutions would be made within 45 days.
Point to be noted is that under the Ungaludan Stalin scheme 13 departments belonging to the TN government received petitions from the public, conducted registrations and issued approval also. These departments include municipal administration and drinking water supply department, revenue and disaster management department, medical and public welfare dept, energy dept, cooperatives, food and consumer protection dept, differently abled welfare dept, Adi Dravidian and tribal welfare department, backward classes, most backward classes and minorities welfare department etc.
Those women who are not included in this Kalaignarin Women Right Scheme but eligible have been receiving the applications for this scheme and filling the applications in the camp.
So far across Tamil Nadu, 1265000 application forms have been received through Ungalin Stalin camp and 588000 petitions have been filed requesting Kalaignar`s women rights fund.
