Tamil Nadu Weather Update: Thunderstorms & Moderate Rain Expected Today and Tomorrow

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast moderate rainfall accompanied by thunder and lightning in several parts of Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal for today and tomorrow (July 29–30).
Weather Forecast for Tomorrow:
- Light to moderate rains are expected to continue in some parts of Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal on July 30.
- Thunderstorm activity may persist in localized regions.
Due to changes in westerly wind speed, strong surface winds up to 50 km/h may also occur.
