An important announcement from NBMSE or National Board of Medical Science Examination for PG medical admissions!!
The news is that NBMSE has announced that the NEET examinations for admission into post graduate or PG medical courses for this academic year would be held in a single phase on 3rd of August 2025. It is known that NBMSE is a broad term encompassing several exams conducted by NBEMS or National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences and National Testing Agency or NTA. .
In this year 2.30 lakh MBBS students have applied for NEET across India and of that 25000 have applied from TN. Previously, it was announced that NEET for PG medical courses would take place on 15th June in 2 phases in 179 cities across India and 17 cities across TN. Now the Supreme Court has ordered that NEET must be conducted in a single phase.
Information is that the NEET exam for PG medical courses admissions would be held in a single phase on 3rd August 2025 from 9am to 12:30pm.
It is now said that the students could select the examination centres for NEET from 3pm in the afternoon on 13th of June till 11:55 pm in the night on 17th June 2025 on the website https://www.natboard.edu.in/
Priority would be given for those students who select their exam centres first. It is now brought out that the NEET exam results would be published on 3rd of September 2025.
