Government Model School with all the modern facilities inaugurated now in Trichy district!!
Yesterday, 8th May 2025, the chief minister Mr. M.K. Stalin became cynosure of many eyes when he inaugurated a government model school constructed with all the modern facilities in Trichy district. The school was constructed at a cost of Rs 57.45 cr.
It is known that the chief minister of TN has been visiting every district across TN for field visits and for inaugurating various completed projects plus laying the foundation stone for many new projects etc.
In this scenario, the CM of TN arrived in Trichy from Chennai yesterday to inaugurate several projects that have been completed and to lay foundation stones for new projects. The chief minister was welcomed by ministers like Mr. Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi, Mr. K.N. Nehru, Mr. Raghupathi, Mr. Meyyanathan etc. It must be taken into account that principal secretary of school education department Mr. Chandramohan, collector Mr. Pradeep Kumar, Trichy city police commissioner Gamini, Trichy dist DIG Mr. Varun Kumar, Mr. Nagarathnam, SP etc.
The chief minister of TN then made his presence felt by inaugurating Thiruvalluvar statue in front of the school and also inaugurated a new building at the Trichy district model school. It was constructed with modern facilities at a cost of Rs 57.45 cr. The model school has got separate hostel buildings for boys and girls.
Point is that the chief minister then inspected the classrooms, LED screens and labs etc. A 10minute video clip of the journey of the model school was shown to the chief minister. He then asked the teachers to put all efforts to help the students to succeed in the competitive examinations in the future. The chief minister then spoke with some students in the school. The students revealed that they have been taught well by their teachers to face tough competitive exams like NEET etc.
