Over 26,000 Students Score Centum in TN Class 12 Exams – Subject-wise Breakdown
The Tamil Nadu Class 12 (Plus Two) board exam results for 2025 were released today at 9 AM by School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi. Along with the overall pass details, the government also released subject-wise data on how many students scored full marks (100 out of 100).
Subject-wise Full Mark Scores:
Computer Science – 9,536 students
Computer Applications – 4,208 students
Chemistry – 3,181 students
Mathematics – 3,022 students
Accounting – 1,240 students
Commerce – 1,624 students
Physics – 1,125 students
Biology – 827 students
Economics – 556 students
Botany – 269 students
Business Maths & Statistics – 273 students
Tamil – 135 students
Zoology – 36 students
Highlights:
A total of 26,887 students scored full marks in at least one subject.
Out of them, 2,853 students are from government schools, showing impressive academic achievements from public institutions as well.
Computer Science topped the list with the highest number of students scoring 100, while Zoology had the lowest.
This year’s results reflect both academic excellence and the improving standards of government schools in Tamil Nadu.
