Chennai Meteorological centre forecast rains today

There was widespread heavy rain yesterday in various districts of Tamilnadu. Rain with thunder was experienced in Chennai, Tambaram, Chengalpet and Melmaruvattur of Kancheepuram district. There was water logging in various parts of Chennai. The Chennai Meteorological Centre has warned that there would be rainfall in many places today in Tamilnadu.
